Job Title: Janitorial Services Project Manager
Location: Homochitto Ranger District, National Forests in Mississippi
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Overview: Xplicit Technologies, LLC is seeking a dedicated Onsite Project Manager to oversee janitorial services at the Homochitto Ranger District. The Project Manager will ensure that all janitorial tasks meet the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance with contractual obligations. This role requires hands-on leadership, quality control, and direct supervision of janitorial staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day janitorial operations, ensuring compliance with contractual standards.
- Manage staff, equipment, supplies, and scheduling.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure performance standards are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and other stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide training and support to janitorial staff.
- Address any deficiencies and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Submit reports and documentation as required.
Scope of Work:
- Ensure proper execution of sweeping, damp mopping, glass surface cleaning, chrome fixture maintenance, spot cleaning, kitchen appliance cleaning, dusting, carpet vacuuming, emptying waste receptacles, and cleaning of wainscots.
- Ensure janitorial services are performed outside of business hours: Tuesdays and Fridays between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with potential for flexibility.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness in offices, conference rooms, common areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and floor mats.
- Uphold performance standards, ensuring no more than three substantiated customer complaints per month.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in janitorial services management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to janitorial work.
- Must be an employee of Xplicit Technologies, LLC (no subcontractors accepted).
- Must be available for the entire period of performance, with substitutions only permitted under exceptional circumstances (illness, death, or termination of employment), subject to Contracting Officer approval.
Period of Performance:
- Base Year: May 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026
- Option Years: Up to four additional years, through February 28, 2030, contingent on performance.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
