Job Description

Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as a Client Training Specialist to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers' experiences.

Reporting into he Onboarding Manager, the Client Training Specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering product training for new clients on as well as continued training for existing clients on Xplor Growth (formerly known as BrandBot). They will conduct live (virtual) training sessions with clients to guide them through the software, answering their questions about functionality and features. Additionally, they will manage the online training courses we provide to clients. They will manage the online training course for the onboarding team as well as train new onboarding hires in multiple countries.

Some of the other responsibilities include :

• Create, design and run training programs for clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and competencies to effective use our products
• Facilitate client facing virtual training sessions
• Maintain onboarding knowledge materials (short articles and videos)
• Train new customer onboarding hires
• Coordinate and create training material through videos, written form, product tours, release notes.
• Assist in the development of innovative and modern learning solutions
• Identify and assess future and current training needs
• The average base salary pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000
• May be eligible for a discretionary bonus
• Location : You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.
