Job Description
At Xplor Preschool & School Age, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning environments that foster the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants from 6 weeks to 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality education programs that meet the educational needs of infants in their care.
- Ensure the successful implementation of approved curriculum and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive learning environment that promotes the well-being and development of infants.
- Collaborate with colleagues and staff to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with families, students, and school community.
Requirements:
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to carry and lift 25 pounds or less (25-50%) and occasionally carry 25-50 pounds (10-25%).
