Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders throughout the entire organization to optimize and streamline revenue-related processes. You will assist stakeholders in answering key strategic questions including:
Growth Opportunities: Identify areas for growth within the business.
Market Segmentation: Determine which market segments are most attractive and understand the reasons behind their attractiveness.
Systematic Design: Develop systematic approaches to drive insights and understanding related to growth and market segmentation.
This individual will be a critical part of a high-performing and fast-growing team with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. For the right individual, this role can rapidly grow into an advanced position with more strategic responsibilities, autonomy, and interaction across all levels of the organization

Roadmap & project oversight
Own and drive the Rev Ops Systems Roadmap
Proactively work with stakeholders to ensure the roadmap is optimized for business strategy & needs, and that time and resource constraints/requirements are well understood
Manage approved projects to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget
Project scoping & requirements
Work with stakeholders to scope, define, and prioritize project requirements - driving value beyond just system design.
Translate conceptual user/business requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to CIS/SFDC and overall project team.
Conduct interviews to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
Assist in conducting research on third party products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
Develop and utilize standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely.
Participate in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized. Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Communication & stakeholder management
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are clearly understood.
SME and point of contact for Tech Stack
SME on overall Revenue tech stack and the interrelation between systems & delivered outcomes
Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and technical teams in relation to the tech stack.
This includes a degree of tech administration (to the extent not covered by the SF team / others) including creating users, troubleshooting, user training, etc.
