What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Xplor?
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects driving sales growth and representing the Xplor Recreation brand in their designated territory. As the CEO of your own territory you will have the autonomy to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
In this role youll apply an understanding of Xplors products sales methodology processes prospecting techniques and customer base while selling to midmarket and enterprise agencies. As an Account Executive youll focus on agencies that can benefit from Xplors worldclass recreation management platform for the Parks and Recreation industry. This positions primary function is new account acquisition where youll grow revenue with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. This includes following up on inbound leads prospecting qualifying solution selling negotiation and closing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client and Prospect Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects. Understand their needs challenges and goals to provide tailored solutions that drive value.
- Pipeline Development : Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Consistently update and manage CRM records to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Territory Management : Act as the CEO of your own territory. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Discovery Calls : Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their pain points and requirements. Effectively communicate how Xplor Recreation software can address their needs and enhance their operations.
- Product Demonstrations : Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Xplor Recreation software. Tailor presentations to the specific needs and interests of each prospect.
- Brand Representation : Represent the Xplor Recreation brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and prospects. Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions to promote our solutions.
- InPerson Meetings : Meet with clients and prospects in person to build relationships present solutions and close deals. Travel within your territory as needed to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaboration : Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing customer success and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous improvement of our offerings.
This position is eligible for a base salary of $80000 to $100000 annually.
This position is eligible for a commission plan.
