Role:
Overall responsibility for the ongoing administration and maintenance of the organization’s technology infrastructure, including advanced networking (cloud and firewall management), virtual server environments, IT security systems, vendor relationships, and critical financial system operations. Serves as a trusted technology advisor, ensuring continuous performance, security, and stability while maintaining clear technical documentation and refining established procedures.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Data/System Operations
- Ensure reliable execution of core financial system operations, including end-of-day processing, automated routines (e.g., ACH), and data file transfers/processing.
- Monitor and refine automated workflows.
Networking/Servers
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of advanced networking, including cloud infrastructure and firewall management.
- Manage virtual server environments to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
Compliance and Procedures
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support and enhance a change management process to review, approve, and document modifications.
- Continuously refine established procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
User Support
- Ensure users have appropriate and efficient applications and equipment.
- Provide user resources for support and system enhancements their systems.
IT Security and Disaster Recovery
- Develop, enforce, and monitor IT security layers across networks, servers, and end-user systems.
- Ensure appropriate redundances and backups are in place to survive and recover from disasters.
IT Security and Disaster Recovery
- Participates on multiple on-going and project-based teams.
- Directs significant special projects as required.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience / Education
- Five years of similar or related experience
- Or a four-year college degree with 2 years of relevant work experience
- Or completion of a specialized and extensive in house training program.
Interpersonal Skills
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work will involve influencing both internal and external partners.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of Microsoft applications such as Office, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Understanding of modern technology such as AI, data, automation, programming.
- Administration with Windows Server, VMWare, Networking.
- Preferred experience with IT Operations, Job Scheduling software, and Server Maintenance.
Soft Skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical planning or project management.
- Preferred experience in Financial Services, Customer Service, and Technology Management.

Salary : $58,800 - $76,000
