Job Description:
Xplosive Performance Academy is currently seeking a performance coach to join our team. As a performance coach, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including the general population and sport performance clients. This position offers 5-10 hours per week in the mornings M-F with a rotating weekend schedule.
Responsibilities:
Lead group training sessions following the Xplosive Performance Academy programming model.
Provide guidance and motivation to clients during workouts.
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by maintaining a clean and organized training environment.
Collaborate with our head coaches to deliver high-quality training sessions.
Requirements:
Relevant fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent).
1-2 years of previous training experience, with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
