Job Description
XPO is seeking experienced team drivers to join our existing teams. As a team driver, you will work closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
- Work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor.

Requirements:
- Valid Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements required.
- Typical schedule of ~5 days on, 2 days off.
- Split mileage: $0.455 per mile.
- Traffic pay: $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays.
- Weekly average gross per driver: $1,730-$1,923.
