XPO LTL Team Driver Opportunity
Job Summary:
We are seeking established team drivers for our Less Than Truckload (LTL) operation. As a team driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight between XPO facilities, with minimal touch points and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
- Work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
- Be able to operate various tractor-trailer combinations safely and efficiently.

- 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule.
- 91 cents per mile split between each driver ($0.455 per mile).
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays.
- $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver.
