XPO LTL Team Drivers
We are seeking established teams for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) transportation between XPO facilities. This is a 100% no-touch position with excellent pay and benefits.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $0.455 per mile, split between each driver, plus traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- Weekly Average Gross: $1,730-$1,923 per week

About the Role:
This is a team driver position that requires the ability to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. As an over the road team truck driver, you will operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
Requirements:
- Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements required
- Ability to communicate effectively in all situations
