We are seeking experienced team drivers to join our XPO family. As a team driver, you will be working closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek
- Work closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and safety on the road
Benefits and Compensation:
- $91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver
- Full health insurance benefits available on day one
- Hourly pay for 6 holidays
- PTO offered
- 401k with company match
Requirements:
- Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements required
- Ability to work in close proximity with another driver
- Ability to operate tractor-trailer combinations safely and efficiently
