XPO LTL Team Drivers - Existing Teams Only
We are seeking experienced team drivers for our less-than-truckload (LTL) operations. As a team driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight between XPO facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hauling LTL freight between XPO facilities
- Maintaining accurate logs and hours of service records
- Ensuring the safe operation of equipment and adherence to all applicable regulations
Benefits:
- $0.91 per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver

Requirements:
- Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements all required
- 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
