XPO LTL Team Drivers Opportunity for Established Teams

Are you an experienced team driver looking for a new challenge? XPO Logistics is seeking established teams to join our fleet of over the road trucks. As a team driver with XPO, you will be working closely with your partner in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, navigating long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.

Key Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver
• 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
• Traffic pay: $33.07 for each hour of en route delays due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
• Full health insurance benefits available on day one
• LTL freight, in-house and no-touch. All loads are between XPO facilities.

Requirements:

• Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements all required
• Ability to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances
