Established teams for Less Than Truckload (LTL) operations between XPO facilities require specific endorsements, including Hazmat, Tank, and Doubles. A typical schedule consists of 5 days on, 2 days off.
The role requires working closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs as over-the-road team truck drivers. Team drivers operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
