A unique opportunity for established teams to excel in a 100% no-touch environment with competitive pay and benefits.
- 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
- 91 CPM (0.455 per mile split), with traffic pay for en route waiting times over an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays ($33.07)
- $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver
- Full health insurance benefits available on day one
- LTL freight, in-house and no touch. All loads are between XPO facilities.
Career Requirements:
To be successful as a team driver at XPO, you must be able to work closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. You will operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
