XPO Team Driver Opportunity
At XPO, we are seeking experienced team drivers to join our LTL operation. As a team driver, you will be responsible for transporting freight between XPO facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Benefits
- Competitive Pay: 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Traffic Pay: $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- Average Weekly Gross: $1,730-$1,923 per driver
- Health Insurance: Full health insurance benefits available on day one
Job Requirements
- Experience: Must have Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements
- Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
- Teamwork: Ability to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs
