XPO LTL Team Driver Opportunities
As a team driver at XPO, you will be working in close proximity with another driver on extended runs as an over the road team truck driver. A typical 5-day workweek away from home requires you to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances.

Compensation:
- $0.455 per mile split between each driver
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver
Requirements:
- Existing teams only; both team members must submit an application to this position
- Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements all required
