About the Job
XPO Careers is looking for experienced team drivers to join our LTL team. As a team driver, you will be responsible for hauling LTL freight between XPO facilities, using various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
This role requires a valid Hazmat endorsement and the ability to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. You will be required to operate tractor-trailer combinations between XPO facilities, hauling LTL freight with no touch loads.
We offer a competitive pay rate of $0.91 per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile), as well as traffic pay for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays.
