Long Haul Team Truck Driver Jobs
We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL team drivers to join our team. As a team driver with XPO, you will be responsible for hauling LTL freight between XPO facilities. This means that you will not need to deal with complex logistics or load/unload duties, freeing up more time for you to focus on the open road.
Our trucks are equipped with state-of-the-art safety features, including automatic transmissions and advanced braking systems. You will also have access to our extensive network of shops and fueling stations, making it easy to stay on the go.
With a base rate of 91 cents per mile, split between each driver, and traffic pay of $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays, you will earn a competitive income while working with us. In addition to a generous pay package, we offer a range of benefits, including full health insurance benefits available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO offered, 401k with company match, shops and fueling stations across the network, microwaves and refrigerators, tool and repair kit in tractors, reimbursement for on the road showers, and weekly pay.
