What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hazmat and Tank Driving Positions Available position at XPO Careers?
XPO LTL Team Drivers play a critical role in our organization, working closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. As an experienced CDL A driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight within XPO facilities, utilizing our extensive network of people, technology, and physical assets.
This position offers a competitive salary, including $0.91 per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile), and traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays. Full health insurance benefits are also available on day one, as well as other benefits such as hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO offered, 401k with company match, and weekly pay. You will also have access to our state-of-the-art fleet of 2023 Freightliner and Kenworth automatic trucks, equipped with features such as microwaves and refrigerators, tool and repair kit in tractors, and reimbursement for on the road showers.
