Key Responsibilities
As a team driver, you will be responsible for operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home. You will also be required to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. A typical schedule consists of 5 days on and 2 days off.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements. You will also be required to provide full health insurance benefits available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO offered, 401k with company match, reimbursement for on the road showers, and weekly pay. Additionally, you will receive 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile), and traffic pay - $33.07 for each hour en route delays of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays.
