XPO Team Driver Requirements
We are seeking established teams of experienced truck drivers to join our fleet of over the road team trucks. As an XPO Team Driver, you will be required to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport LTL freight between XPO facilities
- Operate state-of-the-art equipment, including 2023 Freightliner and Kenworth automatic trucks
- Work closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay rate of 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile), and traffic pay of $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays. Our average weekly gross per driver is $1,730-$1,923.
