Salary and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary and compensation package that includes:
- A base pay of 91 cents per mile, split between each driver
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Hazmat and Tank endorsements
- Existing teams for LTL between XPO facilities
- Ability to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs
