XPO Careers Team Driver Position
We are seeking reliable and skilled team drivers for our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) operations. As a team driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods between XPO facilities in a 100% no-touch environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Weekly Average Gross: $1,730-$1,923 per week
- Competitive Pay: $0.455 per mile, split between each driver, plus traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- Full Health Insurance: Available on day one
About the Role:
This is a team driver position that involves working in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. You will operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
Job Requirements:
- Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements required
- Good Communication Skills: Required for effective teamwork
