Team Driver Opportunities at XPO
We are currently recruiting experienced CDL A LTL Team Drivers to join our team. As a team driver, you will be responsible for hauling goods between XPO facilities, utilizing various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances.
Compensation and Benefits
You can expect to earn a weekly average gross of $1,730-$1,923 per driver with a mileage rate of 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile). We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including full health insurance benefits available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO, and a 401k with company match.
Requirements and Equipment
To be eligible for this position, you must have the necessary endorsements, including Hazmat and Tank. You should also be comfortable working in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. Our fleet includes modern equipment, including 2023 Freightliner and Kenworth automatic trucks, equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.
