XPO Careers is committed to providing a safe and productive work environment for all employees. As a Team Driver with our LTL segment, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tractor-trailer combinations, transporting Hazmat and Tank cargo over long distances.
Our salary package is designed to provide competitive earnings, with 91 cents per mile split between each driver ($0.455 per mile). Additionally, we offer traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays. Our team drivers can earn a weekly average gross of $1,730-$1,923 per driver.
Benefits include full health insurance available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO offered, 401k with company match, and reimbursement for on the road showers. We prioritize teamwork and require both team members to submit an application to this position. A team driver must be able and willing to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
We operate a fleet of 2023 Freightliner and Kenworth automatic trucks, with modern facilities at our terminals, including microwaves, refrigerators, tool and repair kits in tractors, and shops and fueling stations across the network to reduce delays.
