XPO LTL Team Drivers Overview
We are seeking experienced CDL A Team Drivers with hazmat and tank endorsements to join our team. As a team driver, you will be paired with another experienced driver and work together as an over-the-road team truck driver.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive pay: 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Traffic pay: $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays

About the Job:
As a team driver, you will be responsible for operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home. You will need to be able to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor and communicate effectively in all situations.
Requirements:
- CDL A license
- Hazmat and tank endorsements
