LTL Team Driver Positions Available
XPO Careers is a leading transportation provider offering team driver positions for our LTL operations. In this role, you will operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home, earning competitive pay and enjoying excellent benefits.
You must possess a valid CDL-A license, Hazmat endorsement, and Tank endorsement, as well as doubles endorsements. Additionally, you must be able to work closely with another driver to operate a sleeper tractor on extended runs, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills.
The typical schedule for this position consists of 5 days on and 2 days off, with 91 cents per mile split between each driver ($0.455 per mile). Traffic pay is also provided at $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction, or weather-related delays. Your weekly average gross pay will range from $1,730-$1,923 per driver.
