Established Teams Required - 100% No Touch Freight
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced team drivers for our Less Than Truckload (LTL) transportation network, facilitating the movement of goods between XPO facilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Earn up to 91 cents per mile, with each driver receiving approximately 45.5 cents per mile
- Traffic Pay: Receive $33.07 for extended en route waiting times due to traffic, construction, or weather-related delays
- Average Weekly Gross Income: Enjoy a weekly gross income range of ~$1,730-$1,923 per driver
Work Schedule and Flexibility:
Typical schedule: Work 5 days on, followed by 2 days off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance
