XPO Careers is seeking experienced team drivers to join our LTL team. As a team driver, you'll be responsible for hauling freight between XPO facilities, working closely with your partner in a sleeper tractor. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in close proximity with another driver. You'll operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of 91 cents per mile, split between each driver, and a weekly average gross per driver of $1,730-$1,923. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits like full health insurance available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO offered, and 401k with company match. Our trucks are equipped with modern amenities like microwaves and refrigerators, and our shops and fueling stations across the network help reduce delays.
