XPO Careers is seeking experienced CDL A team truck drivers to haul hazmat and tank routes. As a team driver, you will be responsible for operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
Our team drivers must be able to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. You will be required to operate tractor-trailer combinations between XPO facilities, hauling LTL freight with no touch loads. This role requires a valid Hazmat endorsement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to operate equipment in varying weather conditions. We offer a competitive pay rate of $0.91 per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile), as well as traffic pay for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays.
