XPO Careers is seeking experienced team truck drivers to join our fleet. As a team driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country in a safe and efficient manner. We are looking for individuals who have hazmat and tank endorsements and can work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of 91 cents per mile, split between each driver. In addition to our mileage pay, we also provide hourly pay for six holidays and reimbursement for on-the-road showers. Our drivers also enjoy full health insurance benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job Description
As a team driver at XPO, you will be responsible for operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home. You will be required to work closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. Our trucks are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities such as microwaves and refrigerators.
