Job Description
XPO Careers is seeking experienced Certified Driving License (CDL) A Long Haul Trucking (LTL) Team Drivers with Hazmat and Tank endorsements. Our team drivers will be responsible for transporting goods between XPO facilities using our fleet of 2023 Freightliner and Kenworth automatic trucks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work in close proximity with another driver, as an over the road team truck driver. They will need to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home. Additionally, they must be able to communicate effectively in all situations and have excellent teamwork skills.
XPO offers its team drivers a competitive pay rate of $0.455 per mile, split between each driver, and up to $33.07 for en route waiting times due to traffic, construction, or weather-related delays. Our team drivers also receive full health insurance benefits available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.
