Competitive Pay and Benefits for Experienced Team Drivers
We are seeking highly skilled team drivers to join our LTL operations at XPO Careers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn competitive pay and enjoy excellent benefits while operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a valid CDL-A license, Hazmat endorsement, and Tank endorsement, as well as doubles endorsements. You must also be able to work closely with another driver to operate a sleeper tractor on extended runs, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills.
The typical schedule for this position consists of 5 days on and 2 days off, with 91 cents per mile split between each driver ($0.455 per mile). Traffic pay is also provided at $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction, or weather-related delays. Your weekly average gross pay will range from $1,730-$1,923 per driver.
