**Salary:** Our team drivers can earn up to $1,923 weekly average gross per driver, with 91 cents per mile split between each driver ($0.455 per mile). We also offer traffic pay - $33.07 for each hour en route delays of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays.
**Job Description:** As an XPO Team Driver, you will work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, as an over the road team truck driver. A team driver must be able and willing to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
