XPO LTL Team Drivers
Required: Established teams with Hazmat and Tank endorsements. Our team drivers operate a variety of tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek, away from home.
Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule.
Pay: 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile). Traffic pay - $33.07 for each hour en route delays of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays. Weekly average gross per driver: $1,730-$1,923.
