XPO Careers is a top transportation provider seeking experienced team drivers for our LTL operations. As an XPO driver, you will enjoy competitive pay and excellent benefits while operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
In this role, you will be paired with another driver to operate a sleeper tractor on extended runs, requiring the ability to work closely together in a safe and efficient manner. You must possess a valid CDL-A license, Hazmat endorsement, and Tank endorsement, as well as doubles endorsements.
The schedule for this position typically consists of 5 days on and 2 days off, with 91 cents per mile split between each driver ($0.455 per mile). Traffic pay is also provided at $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction, or weather-related delays. Your weekly average gross pay will range from $1,730-$1,923 per driver.
