XPO Careers is a top ten global provider of transportation services, offering a highly integrated network of people, technology and physical assets. As a team driver for XPO, you will have the opportunity to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, as an over the road team truck driver.
Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively in all situations and be willing to work in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
- We offer a weekly average gross per driver of $1,730-$1,923, with a base rate of 91 cents per mile split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- In addition to your hourly pay, you will also receive traffic pay of $33.07 for each hour en route delays of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hazmat/Doubles endorsements are required
- You must be an existing team and both team members must submit an application to this position
