Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base rate of 0.455 cents per mile, split between each driver, as well as traffic pay of $33.07 for en route waiting times due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays. Our team drivers can also expect a weekly average gross of $1,730-$1,923 per driver, plus full health insurance benefits available on day one, hourly pay for six holidays, PTO offered, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job Description
As an XPO Team Driver, you'll be required to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical five-day workweek away from home. You'll be responsible for hauling LTL freight within our facilities, with no touch loads guaranteed.
Requirements
- Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements are required for this position.
- You must be able to communicate effectively in all situations and have a strong commitment to teamwork.
