Compensation Details
Our team drivers enjoy a competitive 91 cents per mile rate, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile), along with traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays.
The weekly average gross per driver typically ranges from $1,730 to $1,923.
Job Requirements
As an XPO Team Driver, you'll be responsible for operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
You'll work closely with your teammate in a sleeper tractor on extended runs as an over the road team truck driver.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be a member of an existing team.
- Hold a valid Class A CDL with 2 years of driving experience for each team driver.
- Possess hazardous materials (hazmat), tank vehicle, and doubles endorsements.
- Meet the U.S. Department of Transportation's medical standards.
- Operate in all internal freight transportation work tools and required systems.
