XPO LTL Team Driver Opportunity
We are seeking established teams for Less Than Truckload (LTL) operations between XPO facilities. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A CDL with 2 years of driving experience for each team driver, along with hazmat, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements.
The typical schedule is 5 days on and 2 days off, with a 91-cent per mile split pay structure between drivers ($0.455 per mile). Additionally, there is traffic pay of $33.07 for en route waiting times exceeding an hour due to traffic, construction, or weather-related delays.
Full health insurance benefits are available on day one, along with hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO, and a 401k plan with company match. Our fleet consists of 2023 Freightliner and Kenworth automatic trucks, equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, tool kits, and reimbursement for on-the-road showers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor-trailer combinations safely within DOT regulations
- Meet medical standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation
- Use internal freight transportation work tools and required systems effectively
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with 2 years of driving experience for each team driver

- Availability to work away from home in a five-day work week
