Our team of experienced truck drivers has a unique opportunity to join XPO Logistics as a Team Driver. With a focus on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking skilled individuals who can operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
Job Requirements
- Be part of an existing team; both team members must submit an application to this position.
- Valid Class A CDL with 2 years of driving experience for each team driver.
- Hazardous materials (hazmat), tank vehicle, and doubles endorsements all required.
- Safe driving record.
- Availability to work away from home in a five-day work week.
Responsibilities
- Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations.
- Meet the medical standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
- Operate in all internal freight transportation work tools and required systems.

Job Details
- 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile).
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays.
- $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver.
