We are seeking experienced team drivers for our Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations. As a team driver with XPO, you will be part of a dynamic duo that operates between XPO facilities, handling hazardous materials and tank cargo.
**Salary:** Our team drivers earn a competitive rate of 91 cents per mile, split equally between both drivers ($0.455 per mile). Additionally, you will receive traffic pay of $33.07 for en route waiting times exceeding one hour due to traffic, construction, or weather-related delays.
**Job Description:** As an LTL team driver with XPO, your typical schedule will consist of five days on and two days off. You will operate in a no-touch environment, hauling freight exclusively between XPO facilities. This role requires the ability to work closely with your teammate in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To succeed in this position, you must be a member of an existing team and have valid Class A CDL with 2 years of driving experience for each team driver. Hazardous materials (hazmat), tank vehicle, and doubles endorsements are all required. A safe driving record and availability to work away from home in a five-day work week are also essential.
