Salary and Benefits
- $0.91 per mile split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- Weekly average gross per driver: $1,730-$1,923

Job Description
We are recruiting existing teams for LTL between XPO facilities.
Hazmat, tank vehicle, and doubles endorsements are required.
The typical schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off.
You will operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home as an over the road team truck driver.
A team driver must be able and willing to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with 2 years of driving experience for each team driver
- Hazardous materials (hazmat), tank vehicle, and doubles endorsements all required
- Safe driving record
- Availability to work away from home in a five-day work week
