XPO LTL Team Drivers - Existing Teams Only - 100% No Touch Freight - Competitive Pay at 91 CPM Split Traffic Pay
We are seeking established teams of Class A CDL drivers for LTL operations between XPO facilities. Hazmat, Tank, and Doubles endorsements are required.
- Typical Schedule : 5 days on, 2 days off
- Pay : 91 cents per mile, split between each driver (i.e., $0.455 per mile each)
- Traffic Pay : $33.07 for waiting times of over an hour due to traffic, construction, or weather delays
- Weekly Earnings : Average gross pay of $1,730-$1,923 per driver
- Benefits : Full health insurance available on day one
- Load Information : LTL freight, in-house and no touch; all loads are between XPO facilities
Important Note : We are only recruiting existing teams; both team members must submit applications for this position.
The role of an XPO Team Driver requires you to work in close quarters with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. You must be able and willing to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances, typically for a 5-day workweek away from home.
