- Schedule : 5 days on, 2 days off
- Compensation : Earn 91 cents per mile, split evenly between team members ($0.455 per mile each)
- Traffic Pay : Receive $33.07 for delays over an hour due to traffic, construction, or weather
- Average Weekly Earnings : $1,730-$1,923 gross per driver
- Health Benefits : Full health insurance available from day one
- Freight Type : LTL freight, with all loads strictly between XPO facilities
Note : We are only recruiting existing teams; both team members must apply for this position.
This role requires close collaboration with your driving partner in a sleeper tractor for extended runs. You must be prepared to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances during a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
