What you need to excel :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Minimum of 5 years leading construction projects
- Solid understanding of building systems
- Ability to perform semi-complex mathematical operations

Daily Responsibilities :
Oversee project scheduling that aligns with company goalsCommunicate and manage issues and risks in projectsProvide accurate and timely project status updates to stakeholdersDevelop and implement solutions for any project conflictsLead and manage a team of professional consultants for effective project deliveryPrepare estimates and manage budgets during the pre-construction phaseConduct a thorough due diligence process to identify and analyze development risksOversee the approval and permitting processes to meet company timelinesMaintain positive relationships with local jurisdictions and planning commissionsManage the detailed design phase with strict adherence to corporate specificationsLead the bidding, negotiation, and construction contract processesMonitor contractor and vendor performance during constructionEnsure timely management of project submittals, RFIs, and pay applicationsFacilitate the handover of projects to the operations group with complete documentationContinuously monitor projected capital expenditure for deviationsEnsure compliance with environmental health & safety regulationsUtilize data to improve decision-making and cost managementDeliver exceptional customer service and technical support to service center leadersManage contractor network performance with regular reviewsExhibit strong multitasking and prioritization skills in your rolePhysical Requirements :
