As a boutique fitness studio, we are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms to help grow our brand, engage with our community, and drive leads. Key Responsibilities :
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends, utilizing strategies such as hashtags, influencers, takeovers, and more.
- Create compelling text, image, and video content that drives engagement and is aligned with defined performance goals.
- Design social media posts to sustain curiosity and generate buzz around new services and offerings.
- Stay current with changes in social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness across all channels.
- Train staff on the collaborative and effective use of social media to drive lead generation.
- Manage online conversations with followers by responding to direct messages, comments, and reviews promptly.
- Report on key performance metrics, including engagement, growth, and reach.
- Develop and maintain an optimal posting schedule, taking into account web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Oversee the layout and branding consistency of all social media accounts.
- Propose and implement creative strategies for attracting new clients, such as promotions and social media competitions. Requirements :
- Proven experience with multiple social media platforms relevant to our business, with the ability to adapt to trending topics and platform changes.
- In-depth experience managing Google My Business, including review management.
- Strong ability to create engaging and creative content (text, images, videos).
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and diverse marketing channels.
