Job Overview:
Xponential Fitness is seeking a strategic, enterprise-minded Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Lead to lead the design and execution of our data strategy, enabling insight-driven decision-making across the organization. This leader will oversee a modern analytics and BI function operating within a hub-and-spoke model, integrating with embedded analytics teams to deliver scalable, trusted, and actionable intelligence.
This role will serve as a key bridge between business functions, data engineering, and AI teams—leading efforts to democratize data, scale advanced analytics, and incorporate AI-driven automation into enterprise decision processes.
Pay Range: $205,000 - $225,000
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy

Define and execute a modern enterprise BI and Analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives, technology priorities, and AI-driven innovation goals.

Build and lead a high-performing team of BI and Analytics professionals across centralized and embedded teams.

Operate within a hub-and-spoke model—centralizing strategic capabilities while enabling federated analytics across business units.

Serve as a key partner to AI and data engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration across the Data, Analytics & AI pillar.

Champion a data-first culture, elevating literacy and engagement through enablement programs and leadership support.
Business Intelligence & Data Products

Own the BI product portfolio, ensuring platform scalability, performance, security, and ease-of-use for cross-functional stakeholders.

Drive self-service enablement, empowering business teams with intuitive, governed dashboards, insights, and decision tools.

Deliver data visualization and storytelling that aligns with executive decision-making and operational execution.
AI-Enabled Analytics & Automation

Integrate AI/ML models, including predictive and prescriptive analytics, into BI solutions to automate insights and enhance strategic foresight.

Partner with the AI Center of Excellence to operationalize advanced analytics use cases across finance, marketing, ops, and customer experience.

Explore emerging technologies (e.g., natural language query, embedded analytics, generative AI) to modernize data interaction and value delivery.

Foster a test-and-learn approach for data automation, using analytics to streamline workflows and unlock productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders—translating strategic goals into data initiatives that deliver measurable value.

Align closely with data engineering to ensure clean, integrated, and accessible data pipelines and models.

Lead efforts around data governance, compliance, and security in collaboration with cybersecurity and GRC teams.

Establish and monitor enterprise KPIs and metrics, providing a consistent data foundation across the business.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with technology, data engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years in enterprise analytics, BI, or data strategy roles; 5 years leading high-impact teams.
- Platform & Tools: Deep knowledge of BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, SQL, cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), and modern data stack components.
- AI Fluency: Proven track record embedding AI/ML into business analytics use cases or collaborating with AI teams.
- Six Sigma & Process Excellence: Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred, with demonstrated success using data to drive process efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Product & Architecture: Strong understanding of analytics architecture, data governance, and platform lifecycle management.
- Business Acumen: Strategic mindset with the ability to link data investments to business outcomes.
- Communication & Storytelling: Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Salary : $205,000 - $225,000
