Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented eLearning Graphic Designer to create visually engaging educational materials for eLearning and blended learning courses. The ideal candidate is creative, detail oriented, and skilled at adapting designs to different formats.
This role integrates graphic design principles with instructional strategies to produce high-quality graphics, animations, and multimedia content. The eLearning Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with instructional designers and cross-functional teams ensure training materials facilitate effective knowledge transfer while maintaining visual and brand continuity.
This role is based in the Xponential Fitness Headquarters located in Irvine, California.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Multimedia Development:
- Design and develop visually engaging educational materials that enhance the overall learner experience.
- Utilize design software to create visual assets like icons, illustrations, infographics, animations, interactive elements, and multimedia assets for various platforms and delivery methods.
- Maintain a cohesive visual style across all learning materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing interfaces for learning platforms, including navigation menus and user interactions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with instructional designers and SMEs to translate learning objectives into effective visual design solutions that align with business outcomes.
- Transform complex concepts into clear, visually appealing graphics or multimedia assets.
Learning Technology Optimization:
- Leverage LMS capabilities and other learning technologies to integrate multimedia content into training materials and other digital learning tools seamlessly.
- Incorporate generative AI content creation tools in the design process to produce high-quality multimedia elements and graphics efficiently.
- Stay current with emerging design technologies and advancements in AI-driven design tools and their applications in e-learning and multimedia development.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of existing visual training assets.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content for rapid program development.
- Stay current on trends in graphic design, multimedia development, and instructional technologies
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design for e-learning, multimedia projects, or digital content creation.
- Preferred: Experience in the fitness, franchising, or corporate training industries.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools to integrate multimedia elements into learning content.
- Familiarity with generative AI content creation tools for producing graphics, animations, and multimedia assets.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual storytelling, and user experience (UX) design.
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and their application to multimedia content.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for visual design in digital learning environments.
- Preferred: Knowledge of branding standards and their application in a corporate or franchised environment.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to create visually engaging, learner-focused content.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, SMEs, and marketing professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
